We only deal with landlords who are serious about theirproperty and not just in it for an extra bit of income. Most of our landlordsare Investment Companies for who we manage the whole site whether it be anindividual house or a block of flats. This means a quicker response to yourneeds while living in one of our places.
We fully vet all applicants and take a holding deposit onevery property equivalent to two weeks rent.
We charge a non refundable initial fee of £90 per personplus £45 per property.
